The panFGFx was independently developed by MEDx Translational Medicine to detect genes of FGFRs, the upstream FGFs ligand genes and downstream pathway genes. It can be utilized to analyze various types of mutations such as point mutations, insertion/deletion, fusion, amplification, etc. It is also used for Powerful FGF-FGFR pathway biomarker research and the development of companion diagnostics.
