Myeloproliferative-Neoplasms（MPN）is a group of clonal hematopoietic stem cell diseases characterized by the continuous proliferation of one or more myeloid lineages in the bone marrow. The WHO 2016 classification of MPN includes seven sub-types, among which PV, ET and PMF are considered to be classical MPNs.
The vast majority of patients with classic MPN have at least one driver gene mutation in JAK2 (V617F and Exon12), MPL and CALR, therefore the three driver genes are critical in the diagnostic pathway of classic MPN.
The combined detection kit assaying human MPN-associated three genes (fluorescence PCR method) developed by MEDx Translational Medicine covers the hotspot mutations of the three driver genes of JAK2, CALR, and MPL. The combined detection is to improve the diagnostic effectiveness of MPN.
